Where founder applications go wrong.
Income that is hard to read
Director's fees, dividends and drawings that do not add up to a clear personal income across the documents.
A company on paper
Registration without evidence of trading, staff, premises or clients.
Records that lag
Financial statements a year old, or management accounts with no supporting bank evidence.
The founder's story missing
Forms that show a company but not the person's role in it, or why the business belongs in Singapore.
What ICA says it considers.
ICA cites economic contributions among the factors it assesses, together with qualifications, age, family ties and profile, length of residence, and integration and commitment to sinking roots. Its checklist asks self-employed applicants for business registration records and financial records, and ICA may ask for further supporting documents during assessment.

A cover letter about the person, the business and why both are staying.
Why founders work with us.
Make complex income understandable
We reconcile salary, director's fees, dividends and business records into a financial account the documents support.
Show business substance
Company activity, clients, staff, premises and local contribution are organised around what each record proves.
Connect the founder to the company
The narrative explains your role, the business's place in Singapore and the long-term plan for both.
